As per this order any claimed lease or agreement signed between Jain Caterers or any third party and Rohit Bhadana or Balesh Devi Bhadana stands null & void and this order restrains all of them or any third party to deal with our assets and our existing leased premise “Jannat Valley”.
All Vendors, Clients and public in general are warned to not deal or make any financial transaction with Jain Caterers & decors or any of its representatives namely Ankit Jain, Shubham Garg, Ajay Verma, Shyam Chawla or the land owners (Rohit Bhadana & Mohit Bhadana) or any third party whomsoever, in connection with any bookings or any business transaction related to “Jannat Valley” or its assets.
